chiro has been wonderful for my pelvic pain!!! of course just adjustments won’t fix the issue long term, just like PT appointments are more helpful when combined with the strength exercise they give you! need to focus on keeping legs in the same plane, not crossing legs when sitting, equal pressure on legs when lifting or bending over, etc!
Has anyone experienced really bad pelvic girdle pain, if so what helped you? I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant and the pain is getting worse each day. It’s my second pregnancy but wasn’t as bad on my 1st baby. Really struggling with it right now and still a long way to go!
Any other first time moms experiencing pelvic girdle pain? I have searched discussion posts and see that it’s mostly second+ time moms experiencing it this early on.It really scared me at first and made me think it was preterm labor because it felt like so many different symptoms/pains at once. It started...

But now, at almost 20 weeks, the pain has intensified. I am getting clitoral pain, pain through my “vagina”, like along where the bones are, upper thigh pain, hip pain, and significant pressure when I stand too long. My midwife told me at 14 weeks not to be so sure that I could withstand the pain as I got further along, and she was right.
10 weeks postpartum and experiencing what I think is pelvic girdle pain. It feels like my pelvic bones have separated and I have to waddle everywhere. I noticed this earlier but it seems to be getting worse. Has anyone else found their pain...
