   I plugged it in and my computer recognized it after plugging in, and I heard that it had a software for it. I downloaded it and then when I tried to download the Firmware update it was stuck on waiting, after looking through posts I realized that generally the reason was because the Firmware was already updated so I tried to download the Software.
