The Horseshoe Scout Reservation is a Scouting America camp owned by Chester County Council.It is located on the Mason-Dixon line separating Pennsylvania and Maryland.The name of the camp derives from the Octoraro Creek, a tributary of the Susquehanna River, that makes a meandering four-mile horseshoe through the property.

The camp first opened in 1954 on the site of the former Camp Windsor; it has also been known as Camp B'nai B'rith (CBB) and B'nai B'rith Perlman Camp (BBPC). Before being acquired by B'nai B'rith January 1954, the 365-acre (1.48 km 2 ) campground with a 13-acre (53,000 m 2 ) lake was known as Camp Windsor.
The camp was damaged by Delaware River flooding in 2005 and again in 2006, forcing its closure for the 2005 and 2006 summer camp seasons.
