• If you've set up filters, the settings may be routing some emails to the trash. You can review your filter settings in New AOL Mail and edit or delete any incorrect filters • If you're using a mobile app or program that's setup to delete email from the server, you'll need to contact the manufacturer for help.
Click Unified Inbox at the bottom. You may need to sign out of the app and then back in to reset the app settings. Tap on the Profile icon in the upper left. Tap on Manage Accounts. Click the slider to turn off the account. Tap the slider again to turn back on the account in the app.

1. Tap the Profile icon. 2. Tap Settings & privacy. 3. Tap Inbox style under "Customize Inbox". 4. Tap Unified Inbox to keep messages in one folder. 5. Tap New/Old Mail for separate folders. 6. Tap the Back icon (Android) (iOS) to relaunch the app to view the changes.

Take control of your inbox by keeping your spam list up to date. 1. Click the Block Senders tab. 2. In the box under "Block mail from addresses I specify," enter the email address you want blocked. 3. Click the + icon 4. Alternatively, to remove the address, click the X icon next to the address you want removed.
Sometimes a filter can cause emails to bypass your inbox and be sent to either the trash folder or a different folder. You may need to check any filters you've created to make sure your messages are correctly organized. Check your block settings
