Michael John Treloar "Mike" Rowse[1] (Chinese: 盧維思, born 21 December 1948) is a Hong Kong public figure. A naturalised citizen of the People's Republic of China, Rowse was the director-general of InvestHK, a department of the Hong Kong Government. Rowse was one of the few foreign-born civil servants in the post-handover Hong Kong Government.
