I would like to ask all sellers to use their SITE PREFERENCES to block any bidders with 2 or more non-paying strikes against them. Much of what eBay does benefits the buyer and we can't leave negative feedback or negative comments to warn other sellers. We need to take advantage of whatever options are given to us.

Ebay says promoted listings wont be blocked by ad blockers, but from what i've seen, thats not the case, and apparently ebay knows this and is still trying to work around it. There are a couple videos where the guy demonstrates this happening on screen in real time of you do a little searching.
