Oh and blocked bidder list for the user. Postage due may have been because it was returned, or forwarded... Might ask your local PO what went on with it: should be able to look it up in their system. eBays shipping is a mess these days as such is now only an estimated price: Sur charges are going on as well...
At this point in time, I’m not selling to anyone outside the US with the postal system being what it is. About an hour ago I had someone buy one of my BIN items. I checked to see where they’re from and it’s Mexico. (They also only had 1 feedback.) My auctions clearly are marked that it’s US shipp...
The BLOCKED BIDDER list is a MUST. This person went on it right away lol. Whether they are a scammer hoping to get a free item or legit, I just don’t have time for “I found the item cheaper, thanks”. If you start cutting it shorter than that, you risk get yourself into intense crush zones, crushed between ebay, paypal, and your buyer.
Unfortunately, "probably a scammer" is not a valid reason to cancel a transaction. The good news is that you are very unlikely to get a valid payment from him, so just ignore his message request and wait 4 days so you can cancel based on "Buyer hasn't paid."
Unhappy customer - please advise. Don't want negative feedback... Aug 2, 2017 7:38:07 AM. So I received a message from a customer saying she is very unhappy with her item and its just not a nice dress. So I replied back immediately asking if she would like a full refund and return the dress.
