    I have two screens and use the Extend option (Windows + P) to work on both at the same time. My one screen is located above my other screen.     My projection mode is set to "PC screen only" and I'm not able to switch to any other mode. I use Win+P key then change the project mode to "Duplicate" and close the settings, again press Win+P key, it automatically switches back to "PC screen only", so basically it doesn't change at all.
