Also most runway models have the inverted triangle shape or the rectangle shape, so it’s not like inverted triangle is societally considered unattractive either. Models are notoriously in-shape, and this body type is only really considered to "shine" when it is toned and has muscle.

1 Answer. Sorted by: 3. It is called nabla, which is the name of the symbol but not it's meaning. In Calculus, you can find it (alone) as an operator meaning "denotes the vector of partial derivatives": ∇ = (∂ ∂x, ∂ ∂y, ∂ ∂z) ∇ = (∂ ∂ x, ∂ ∂ y, ∂ ∂ z) If you are in three dimensions. In your case, the x x subscripts ...

Yes, lift heavy for your glutes, focus a lot on abductions to round on your shape, but don't neglect your upper body! Muscle takes up less physical space than its equal in fat, so putting muscle onto the parts you feel are too big will give them a flattering shape and definition. 5. Award. AutoModerator.

A lot of models in the 80s and 90s had an inverted triangle shape (albeit a very skinny one). The slim hips/broad shoulders look was viewed as athletic, and you see it a lot on 80s fitness dance videos. Honestly, what’s worked for me has been looking at vintage photos, videos, and artwork to see my body type represented.
