All Project Linus blankets are hand-made by volunteers, donated to local chapters, and primarily distributed within the same communities where they were donated. From time-to-time blankets may be shipped to other areas in the United States that may have an immediate extraordinary need.
With chapters in every state, our blankets are distributed locally. Find the closest chapter to you and make contact. Find Chapters. You can make a real difference in so many ways by donating monetarily to Project Linus. We are a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation. Donate.
Become a Volunteer. We are always in need of your help to assist us in fulfilling our mission. You can donate home-made blankets by becoming a “blanketeer,” give of your time at a local chapter event, or even become a Chapter Coordinator yourself.
How can I donate fabrics or other blanket-making materials? Visit our Find Chapters page where you can locate contact information for your local or closest Chapter. Ask the Chapter Coordinator if the Chapter has a need for these materials.
Provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer “blanketeers.”
It’s Easy to Donate. You can make a monetary donation online (preferred), or mail-in your check or money order. Either way you choose is up to you. Make on-line donations in any amount and at a frequency convenient to you.

Finished blankets and other materials that can be used for making blankets should be donated to your local Chapter. Visit our Find Chapters page to locate one near you. If you wish to donate large quantities of items that can be used by multiple chapters for making blankets then please contact our office for shipping instructions.
Through the dona ons of new, handmade blankets and afghans, we are able to bring a li ©le comfort, a li ©le warmth and love to a child in need. We can’t cure the disease, we can’t mend families, and we can’t undo the abuse.
