I use a red light torch (looks like a little flashlight). I’ve used it on my feet and toes but am not sure about its efficacy because my numbness ebbs and flows. But I have found that using it once or twice per day on my slightly numb left hand does make a difference.

I am always interested in complementary therapies which might relieve some of the pain and stiffness.
I was told of Red Light therapy thru a massage therapist in our local town. My husband did some investigating into it and found that one of the major hospitals in Hartford, CT have this treatment available.

I’ve been using red light therapy, it’s great for skin trouble. But that is near infrared light. I have graduated to Jade Stone light therapy, which is far infrared light and it reaches deeper into the body. Much, so much better for pain. I’m suffering from chronic back pain for 24 years.
