Vargas Island Provincial Park is a provincial park in British Columbia, Canada, comprising the west side of the island of the same name, which is located west of Meares Island and northwest of the resort community of Tofino in the Clayoquot Sound region of the West Coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
Promoted to be an idyllic settlement, a Danish-Canadian community was established about 6 km (3.7 mi) east of the cape at the head of Hansen Lagoon in 1897. Supplies were landed about 4 km (2.5 mi) farther east at Fisherman's Bay/Cove, Nissen Bight.

Miracle Beach Park comprises 137 hectares (340 acres), with approximately 665 m (2,182 ft) of shoreline along the Strait of Georgia on the east coast of Vancouver Island. The beach component of the park extends outward approximately 340 to 410 m (1,115 to 1,345 ft) from the shoreline to the tide's low water mark.
