First you can visit Marbleblast.com and visit the Download tab there to find the Marble Blast Gold windows version. Extract that zip file anywhere. Then in steam, add a non-steam game, and use Browse to select the exe file you just extracted. Once you see that in your steam library, select that in the list, then Properties > Compatibility.
