There’s a lead time for all these accessories. The 2024 Crosstrek was introduced in Japan in September 2022. Not surprising the mud flaps would have been designed by June 2022. If the flaps were designed to fit 2022, 2023 and 2024 models, they would also fit 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Graphite, Closed Case and franzdom.

Other than the Factory Packages ( 21. 22, 32, 33 which denote structure or factory wiring harnesses ie power seat, sunroof, Harmon Cardon Pkgs ), all other accessories are USUALLY installed at the Port.
Buy the ashtray for the Crosstrek/Impreza. I use mine as a change holder. It's basically a rubber boot that fits in one of the cupholder slots with a small plastic removable cup with flip up lid. You could remove the ashtray portion and just use the sleeve to have a nice OEM looking cupholder.
1) Affix the stainless steel bracket to the mud flap using the specified hardware (metal bolt affixed by plastic clip with captured nut slid over end of bracket). Do not fully tighten- allow a bit of play. 2) Install the flap into position using the 2 plastic fasteners on the fender liner.
