There is no English dub as far as I'm aware. It's been strictly released in Japanese as a promotional anime for the Heroes game in Japan. As far as i know there is not official dub. There's some on YouTube but honestly they aren't very good... Stick with the Sub u unless they do an official one. 3.4K subscribers in the DragonBallHeroes community.

The card game never took off in the states/.
It will most likely never be dubbed. Even the game (aside from text) is in Japanese. With every episode they release a new card for the game that had something to do with that particular episode. Last episode they released a new ultra instinct goku card that coincided with the show. With the most recent episode they released a new hearts card.

No, Heroes isn't within continuity. All Heroes is is a promotional anime for the arcade card game of the same name, and the storylines featured in it are purely original to the game. Whether you want to watch it is purely up to you, but for something along the lines of mindless entertainment, it isn't awful. 1. Award.
