Reference marker for NY 104 on NY 404 in Webster. NY 404 is the former alignment of NY 104 through eastern Monroe County. In 1908, the New York State Legislature created Route 30, an unsigned legislative route extending from Niagara Falls to Rouses Point via Rochester and Maple View.

Immediately beyond that junction, NY 32 separates from US 9W and heads northwest.
