Santa Fe College is a public college in Gainesville, Florida. It is part of the Florida College System and offers both associate and baccalaureate degree programs. Established in 1965 by the Florida Legislature as Santa Fe Junior College , the institution began classes in September 1966.
The Blount Center opened in 1990, with Sante Fe offering college courses in their A.A. and A.S. programs. [1] In 1993, the center was expanded after adding the renovated Gainesville Gas Co. Building.
