Bore Condition: The bore is darkened with pitting and visible rifling. Description: Fine with some original finish, handling marks, and spotting/pitting. Wood is fine with dings and scratches, and a few cracks off the upper tang. Mechanically excellent. There are currently no customer product questions on this lot.
This Remington 30-30 (30 Rem) Model 8 is in very good condition for its age. No pitting, blue is still present on reciever and turning to patina on barrel. The bore is in good condition, strong rifling with frosting in the grooves. The rifle is very accurate with hand loads, see picture of 100 yard group.
