C3 General - Requesting pics of black C3's with black rims - I'm was just thinking but thought maybe someone on here has some pictures of their car. I'm very biased with a black car if you know what my C4 looks like but was considering selling it for a C3 if i know i can get the car to my liking easily enough.
I am looking for pics of red cars with black rims. I have a mag red II car so i would like to see that. I know most people shy away from black on this car and like chrome, but i am not a chrome person. I am looking at some black c6 Z06 rims to go on it (17/18" staggered), then maybe some blackouts and dark tint. Thanks guys!
So in terms of performance, there’s no case against chromed rims here. In fact, we’ve concluded it comes down to personal taste. CHECK OUT: What Forum Members Are Saying About Chrome vs Black Wheels. Whenever I see black wheels, I am reminded of the rusted-out jalopies kids drove to high school. Second-hand cars that ran, but looked like junk, and more properly were candidates for a crash derby. And of other jalopies that the kids raced around the Dairy Queen parking lot - stock wheels painted flat black to hide their original colors (no ...
Car Care Discussion - Cleaning black rims - I recently purchased a c7 Stingray z51 with the black wheels. Since purchasing the car I have had the car, rims and windshield Opti-coated. I do not drive the car in the rain and it is garaged. Once a week I: lightly dust off the car with a California duster, spray wax it...
Imo black rims looks great off the car and so so on the car. Maybe with larger rim sizes and some huge killer brakes with some bling front and rear or at very least a polished lip, they could look nice but otherwise I'm not a fan for the most part.
Everyone else is doing black wheels. 4. Unless the Corvette is all black, black wheels can distract from the car’s overall design. 5. Subtlety has its perks. 6. Black wheels don’t convey any of the luxury appeal of the Corvette. 7. Chrome wheels have more staying power. Hey, just my opinion. But what’s your take on the great debate?
