Mona Abou Hamze (Arabic: منى أبو حمزة) (née Abu Alwan; October 2, 1972) is a Lebanese TV personality and presenter, born in Barouk into a Lebanese Druze family. She is best known for hosting the Lebanese show Talk of the Town on MTV since April 2009, [3] where she has had over 2000 guests, from different backgrounds and cultures.
In 2014 Eid returned to MTV as a deputy editor-in-chief and senior reporter. Eid was appointed as Head of News Operations for MTV Lebanon News in July 2019. [8] He led a newsroom of 90 journalists through the October 2019 uprising in Lebanon, Corona pandemic and a dire economic situation.
