New York State Route 2 (NY 2) is a state highway in the Capital District of New York in the United States. It extends for 30.89 miles (49.71 km) from an interchange with Interstate 87 (I-87) and NY 7 in the town of Colonie to the Massachusetts state line in Petersburgh, where it continues to Boston as Massachusetts Route 2.
Two such numerical duplications exist: U.S. Route 2 and New York State Route 2 (US 2 and NY 2; inventoried as "2U" and "2", respectively), and US 15 and NY 15 ("15U" and "15"). The "From" column indicates the southern or western terminus of the route; likewise, the "To" column indicates the northern or eastern terminus of the route.

The route ends about 1.5 miles (2.4 km) north of North Rose at an intersection with NY 104 in the town of Huron, located at the southern tip of Sodus Bay.
