There's no Windows 10 driver for that webcam. Gigaware was a Radio Shack house brand, and Radio Shack went bankrupt several years ago. I'm using it on my Windows 10 machine and it works fine. The Windows driver auto installed. I listed it as a Vimcro USB 2.0 PC Camera, so that must have been the original mfg that made it for Radio Shack. Plug ...
What I did to overcome this was to " roll back " my driver to the 3.3.3.114 dated 2009. I did an internet search for this driver, downloaded the driver and installed the driver. I then switched the comm port I was plugging the Prolific USB Serial Adapter into, to the older driver, and everything worked fine again. Hope this helps. MI.

Answer. FoxFifth. Replied on March 8, 2011. There is a Vista driver download on the Product Support tab at Radio Shack site for the Gigaware 25-157. It looks like the Vista driver added in March of 2007 was the last one they issued.
Check if you can see the USB drive in Disk Management. If the drive gets recognized, then format the drive and assign a drive letter to it. a. Click on start and then type diskmgmt.msc in the start search box and press enter. b. Under Disk Management, right click on the drive and click on Format.
