Tech Contributor. I recently finished a DIY 2-stage polishing, followed by 2 coats (2-hours apart) of Feynlab Original Ceramic, and then a coat of Feynlab Overcoat. The gloss is just amazing, as I knocked down a nice bit of orange-peel when polishing. I also polished the glass & wheels adding RejeX to those.

They are referred to as dust shields, although they may prevent excess grease from the ball joints from landing on the rotor and preventing the pads from grabbing. They also help keep water from splashing on the rotor. My cars avoid rain, water, dust, etc. as much as possible and I am a stickler for maintenance and cleanliness, so excess grease ...

first I've heard about 09+ build quality being inferior. Since this is C6 general, the simplest advice is to stay away from anything prior to 2005 and be leery of the 2005. I purchased my 2005 coupe with 4,000 miles on it four years ago. I now have 45,000 miles on it and have had NO PROBLEMS with the car whatsoever.

You have brand new z06s sitting for 10k under msrp, but they require to pay an extra federal luxury tax because its a new car. So lets say for a 170 to 180k canadian 3lz, it actually comes to 160k to 170k due to discount + 10 to 20k luxury tax. So its the 190 to 200k range. Another solution is used 2023 models.
