Hi there. For the last 2 or 3 days I can no longer open my email messages from my Outlook Inbox on my laptop, which has Windows 10. I can see the new/unread emails in the Inbox but when I click on any of them the Inbox goes blank and the message just won't open. Also, my name is no longer displayed in the top right corner of the Outlook page.
