To get to Third Sea in King Legacy, you must first head to a specific NPC in Virandas at the docks called The Squid. Speak with him, and he will ask you to defeat a Kraken Tentacle. However, you need a Heart of Sea in order to summon the Kraken Tentacles at a specific altar.
To beat the Kraken in King Legacy, just attack the tentacles (each 75k HP) one at a time using a powerful long-range weapon like the Night Blade. Afterward, you'll receive a Kraken's Cache and a new title. Now, all you need to do is speak to The Squid NPC in Viridans port to access the Third Sea.
