Here is a pic of my new Crimson Trace LG405, for S&W j frame round butt (fits 637 and 642 for example). I mounted it on my 637 for a range gun. If I like it after extensive testing, I'll buy an identical laser grip for my 642 that I often carry.

Hi, I'm with Crimson Trace and and am familiar with the Gen 4 Lasergrips. The lasergrips for the 4th gens are installed without using any of the Glock backstraps. The size of the 4th gen grips are most comparable with the medium sized backstrap. I have personally shot the Glock 19 with the LG-850 installed and fell in love with the combination.

I'd like to get a Crimson Trace Lasergrip for my G30S but CT doesn't list one specifically for the 30S. The 30S has a 30SF frame so will the Lasergrip for the 30 fit the 30S? I asked CT and they said..... "Thank you for your inquiry and interest in our products. Currently there is nothing planned for a lasersight in the model you inquired about.
