City Office Hours. City Hall is open: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:30pm; Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm; 9:00am to 5:30pm on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month. Animal Services hours beginning January 5, 2020 are: Sunday CLOSED. Monday CLOSED. Tuesday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
