Nebraska. (2020) Hall County is a county in the U.S. state of Nebraska. As of the 2020 United States Census, the population was 62,895, [ 1 ] making it Nebraska's fourth-most populous county. Its county seat is Grand Island. [ 2 ] The county was formed in 1858; it was named for Augustus Hall, an early judge of this territory.
