Retirement Benefits are available to eligible Participants who have retired from the electrical industry. There are two types of Retirement Benefits: Normal Retirement Benefit and Early Retirement Benefit.
You can count yourself as one of the over 655,103 individuals who currently participate in the NEBF ℠. This Participant section will provide you with important information on the NEBF ℠ from Working Toward Retirement, to Getting Ready to Retire, to Life Changing Events.
Using our Online Benefits portal, you can: Generate your NEBF benefit estimate. Change your address. Access your current NEAP account balance. Print an NEBF Income verification letter. View plan documents online. Opt in to receive plan communications electronically. Download an NEBF Pension Benefit application.
You apply for a Retirement Benefit or a Disability Benefit by submitting a completed and signed application to NEBF ℠. You may download a NEBF ℠ Participant Pension Benefit Application. You may also obtain an application from your Local Union office, or by contacting the NEBF ℠ office.

The National Electrical Benefit Fund (NEBF) is a Taft-Hartley, multiemployer, defined benefit pension plan that provides retirement benefits and related benefits to employ-ees in the electrical industry. Participants accumulate credit in NEBF based upon their years of Covered Employ-ment.
