The Riverman is a 2004 American biographical crime drama television film directed by Bill Eagles and written by Tom Towler, based on the 2004 non-fiction book The Riverman: Ted Bundy and I Hunt for the Green River Killer by Robert D. Keppel and William J. Birnes.
Aaron Starmer (born 1976 in northern California) is an American author of young adult fiction novels, known for The Riverman Trilogy and Spontaneous. [1] As of June 2016, he was working on another novel, entitled Meme.
Keppel was author of The Riverman: Ted Bundy and I Hunt for the Green River Killer, made into a made-for-TV movie of the same name in 2004, starring Bruce Greenwood as Keppel and Cary Elwes as Bundy. [4] He was also the author of many textbooks regarding criminal justice and related topics.
"River Man" is the second listed song from Nick Drake's 1969 album Five Leaves Left. According to Drake's manager, Joe Boyd , Drake thought of the song as the centrepiece of the album. In 2004, the song was remastered and released as a 7" vinyl and as enhanced CD single, including a music video by Tim Pope .

The Riverman is based on the true story of Ted Bundy assisting investigators trying to identify and catch the Green River Killer. [80] It is based on the book of the same name by Robert D. Keppel. The direct-to-DVD movie Green River Killer was released in 2005.
