EAST LANSING, Mich. – After three consecutive road weekends the Michigan State volleyball team is finally back in the Breslin Student Events Center this weekend hosting No. 3-ranked Penn State and Illinois. Action gets underway on Friday, October 11 when MSU welcomes the Nittany Lions for a 6:00 p.m. match.
LOS ANGELES – In a match that ended after 1:40 a.m. ET, the Michigan State volleyball program came back from a 2-0 deficit to upset No. 16-ranked USC on Thursday night, 3-2 (20-25, 22-25, 27-25, 25-20, 15-13) at the Galen Center.
The Spartans kick off their 2024 campaign on the road at Northern Colorado on Friday, August 30 before heading to Fort Collins, Colorado on August 31-September 1 where they’ll meet Colorado State and Florida. It’ll be Michigan State’s first-ever meetings with Northern Colorado and Colorado State.
