    I also have HSBC which started out with a pretty shit app, but more it’s much better and simpler than Lloyds. In terms of speaking to someone over phone, Lloyds win. In terms of having anything international, like euro or dollar accounts, HSBC wins. I use both, and that would be my general recommendation.
