I'm requesting a verification email be sent to validate my email account, but nothing arrives. I've added no-reply@dropbox.com to my safe senders list. Nothing is arriving in my junk folder. I'm not sure where to go to get this simple issue fixed - help please! Thank you.
If you take a look at the email address of the sender, you will see that it uses a legit Dropbox domain, meaning this is a legit Dropbox email. However, if you don't recognize the sender, or the info they're asking from you, then I'd highly suggest that you ignore the email, and avoid clicking on any of the links too.
Take the Dropbox Paper into the files as an example. Instead of just doing a simple update for everyone, it’s only new people who sign up, or a select few who get this. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years, I am really eager for this. I even tried to upgrade to Dropbox Professional - but even on the higher package my account didn’t upgrade.

I even got a Dropbox notification on my phone that someone was trying to share a file with me. I did not click on the attachment and called the sender.
I have a fresh installation of Windows 11 which after a few weeks' use has started flickering and not responding for a few seconds, and this happens every few minutes. On occasion I get a beep then flickering. Windows task manager doesn't flicker, which means (according to MS) it's not a display ...
Next to the fact that searching on files dates would be a very useful function, I'm disappointed on the total lack of support/documentation on searching dropbox files or folders. 13 Likes Reply
Dropbox backup is the feature I would like to use, and it works for my C drive, where I have the app installed. I see it will also work for an external hard drive, but for some reason it does not recognise the other (internal) hard drive on the computer (in this case allocated as the D drive).
Hi I receive this email yesterday (see screenshot) stating my team is still in a locked state and if it was still in a locked state after August 15, 2024, the entire team will be deleted permanently. We have been using the free basic version for years and never had this mentioned before. I cl...
