Timothy Duggan (born November 14, 1982) is a retired American professional road racing cyclist, who competed as a professional between 2005 and 2013. [1] [2] Duggan turned professional in 2005 with TIAA–CREF (Slipstream Sports), which morphed into Garmin. After six years with the squad, Duggan left for Liquigas–Cannondale in 2011.
