Bini (stylized in all caps; formerly Star Hunt Academy Girls or SHA Girls) is a Filipino girl group formed in 2019 through ABS-CBN's Star Hunt Academy (SHA).The group is composed of eight members: Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena.
The Filipino girl group Bini has recorded materials for two studio albums and one extended play (EP). Although most of their songs are written by songwriters, the group members are sometimes involved in the songwriting process, with Bini member Colet writing the song "8", which was originally a graduation song she wrote during her high school years.
"Pantropiko" (lit. ' Tropical ') is a song recorded by Filipino girl group Bini from their first extended play (EP), Talaarawan (2024). Gwen Apuli was born on June 19, 2003 in Daraga, Albay, Philippines as the youngest of five siblings and the only female among them. Her father died when she was just four years old.
Bini was formed through the Star Hunt Academy program in 2018, where its members were selected from a pool of auditionees who underwent intensive training from 2019 to 2020.
