1970 Trident Clipper. Trident Cars' first model was the Clipper coupe. It was based on the 1965 TVR Trident prototype. Technically, Trident broke away from the TVR roots. Instead of an extended Grantura chassis like the prototypes, the production models in the first few years had Austin-Healey 3000 chassis.
