Young Epidemiology Scholars (YES) was a United States scholarship program in the area of public health which was created in 2003 [1] and closed in May 2011. [2] It was sponsored by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and administered by the College Board .
In 2003, the foundation worked with the College Board to create the Young Epidemiology Scholars (YES) program to encourage high-school students to study in the area of public health; the program ran for 8 years. [28] [29] The foundation established the commission to Build a Healthier America in 2008.
