Carnival Magic is a 1983 [1] American children's film directed by Al Adamson and starring Don Stewart. Marketed as a family-oriented children’s film, [ 2 ] it has since gained a cult following in underground and B movie film circles owing to its surreal plot and incongruously-adult themes. [ 3 ]

A sister ship, Carnival Magic, debuted on May 1, 2011. On December 1, 2009, it was announced that Carnival had placed an order for a third Dream-class vessel. [19] It entered service in June 2012 and its homeport is now Galveston. [20] On May 10, 2010, Carnival selected a name for their new Dream-class vessel in 2012 – Carnival Breeze. [21]

Carnival Dream then launched at Monfalcone on 24 October 2008. [5] The ship was delivered on 17 September 2009, eleven months after her launch, at the Monfalcone yards. [6] The option for a second vessel was exercised, which turned into Carnival Magic. The ship was ordered on 18 December 2006 [7] and keel was then laid on 12 January 2010. [8]

Kalin and Jinger have made numerous television appearances. They featured in the Gary Ouellet-produced World's Greatest Magic II in 1995 [5] and NBC's Hidden Secrets of Magic in 1996.
