She is a cellular biologist at Culver University who, along with Bruce, were recruited by the U.S. Army on top secret bio-tech force enhancement research that would go on to turn Banner into the Hulk. As of 2024, the character has appeared in the film The Incredible Hulk. She will return in the upcoming film Captain America: Brave New World.
