Technical note: the SVG code for the grid and axis labels was automatically generated by the "Line charts" spreadsheet linked at User:RCraig09/Excel to XML for SVG. The data traces were "traced" in Inkscape and the code copied and pasted into the file with the grid. Additions and adjustments were made in a text editor.
