The Embassy of Germany in Kyiv is Germany's diplomatic mission to Ukraine. [1] The Federal Republic of Germany has since 1989 been officially represented in Ukraine, first by the Consulate General in Kyiv, since January 1992, after the Ukrainian independence in 1991, with a diplomatic mission.
This article lists resident diplomatic missions in Ukraine. At present, the capital city of Kyiv hosts 83 embassies. Several other countries have accredited non-resident diplomatic representation based out of their embassies from other European regional capitals, particularly Berlin and Warsaw. Current relations were resumed in 1989 at a consulate level, and in 1992 as full-scale diplomatic mission.
