    The thing about Publix is that people hate the hypocrisy of a company that is worker owned and allegedly prides itself on being an amazing place to work as suddenly treating its workers like the expendable garbage they are, instead of valuing them.     Former top out was 21.20 now 21.75. Went from $14 to $24 by promoting myself to customer. Publix is great until payday. Pharmacy hourly positions not being on the retail hourly pay scale could be a change to separate retail and pharmacy, or there is not enough room on the pay scale to list the positions and pay ranges.

    Which is pretty low for Publix. Other publications in other years have seen it get as high as 8ish% which is insanely high for a grocery store. Pay scale just changed so you’re going to see baggers getting hired on at $13 and clerks in produce/grocery at $13.50-14.00 with no experience.
