George jokingly instructs Krupp to behave like a chicken, a monkey and finally (the most incredible from the comics) Captain Underpants and Krupp dresses as the same, but, suddenly leaves the school to fight crime, and the boys follow him. They find "Captain Underpants" confronting a pair of bank robbers and carry him away.
With Captain Underpants as principal, the school becomes a livelier place, but a rainstorm turns Captain Underpants back into Mr. Krupp, who officially places George and Harold in separate classes. Poopypants and Melvin grow the Turbo Toilet 2000, power it with Edith's toxic leftovers, and use it to attack the school.
Over the intercom, George snaps his fingers, turning Mr. Krupp into Captain Underpants, who fights the Turbo Toilet 2000 and wins, but the Turbo Toilet 2000's giant tears of pain fall on his head. Mr. Krupp directs the Turbo Toilet 2000 to George and Harold's treehouse, but the Turbo Toilet 2000 swallows him whole.
George reluctantly gives some of the "Extra-Strength Super Power Juice" to Captain Underpants, who kills the dandelion with his new powers. Harold mixes the Anti-Nerd Juice with root beer, which transforms the zombie nerds back. However, as a result of the Super Power Juice, Mr. Krupp (when Underpants) permanently has super powers.
