Grants AS, MS and crit, magic damage on-hit. Modifies autos to hit up to 2 (4 w/ Q) more targets, applying on-hit effects at full power and lifesteal. Gives you more waveclear and applies Ashe`s slow on all targets. Solid item overall, great against many melee targets you can kite.

Primary: PTA - Absorb Life (thanks to Essence we dont need more mana from PoM) - Legend: Bloodline - Cut Down (was strong before patch and was buffed in 14.11) Secondary: Biscuit Delivery (helps with mana before we buy ER) - Approch Velocity (still one of the strongest rune for Ashe) Small: 10% AS - Adaptive - Scaling HP.
Approximate Build Path: Ravenous Hydra->Boots (steelcaps/mercs)->Mythic Item (Divine Sunderer, Goredrinker, maaaaaaybe Immortal Shieldbow)->Literally any 3 items you want. But my default: Blade of the Ruined King->Black Cleaver->Wit's End (as those three are high-priority for bruisery-Ashe).
This future proofs your build in case enemies try to counter you with armor items and deals with the highest health users. Build 2: Blade of the Ruined King -> Runaan's Hurricane -> Lord Dominik's Regards. This build starts off with strong lifesteal, then goes for synergy due to Hurricane.
The dps build on her is overall the meta build for a combination of reasons. 1: Comfort; people like to play Ashe like an attack-damage carry and that means autoattacking and that means not running the poke build. 2: Being an adc, people tend to want to maximize damage per second, and while poke deals good damage if neither side initiates an ...

As a Marksman Support, Ashe is NOT an AD C (Attack Damage Carry).
The core build: Stormrazor>Galeforce>Runaan’s. Rune keystone: Lethal Tempo or Fleet Footwork. Ashe: I think everyone will agree when I define Ashe as a good laner with high utility and carry (but not hypercarry) damage. I think this build perfectly plays into her strengths and helps cover some of her weaknesses.
The crit build is the most appropriate one for her. You should learn to adjust it for some situations: building Mortal Reminder earlier than normal (3rd or 4th) in response to a fed armor tank or drain tank fighter (usually jungler or baron laner) building Phantom Dancer earlier than normal (2nd or 3rd) to buy time for team to save you from fed ...
