Bridgend Town A.F.C. (Welsh: Clwb Pêl-droed Tref Pen-y-bont) was a Welsh football club that played in the Welsh Football League. Historically, their local rivals were Maesteg Park who disbanded in 2009. In 2013, they merged with local rivals Bryntirion Athletic to form Pen-y-Bont.

The club's first exile from the Brewery Field began in 1928, when the ground had been taken over by a greyhound racing syndicate. They moved to Uxilla Fields, where Jubilee Crescent now stands, it had been the home of the old Bridgend Town AFC which had gone out of business by that time.
Bridgend Town won the Midland Division, whilst Dorchester Town won the Southern Division. Bridgend were declared Southern League champions after defeating Dorchester 3–0 at home and 2–1 away to win a championship play-off. [ 1 ]
It was confirmed in 2013 that the club would merge with local rivals Bridgend Town to form Pen-y-Bont given them access to one million pounds of funding. The new club is based at Bryntirion Park and started life in Welsh Football League Division One from season 2013–14.
