Víctor Delfín (born 20 December 1927 in Lobitos, Peru) is one of the leading sculptors and painters in Peru.He is best known for his monumental El Beso (the kiss), a large sculpture unveiled in 1993 in the "Love Park" by the Pacific Ocean in the Miraflores district of Lima.
Abril published his text "Sobre el Arte de Colombia" in the Mexican magazine Noticia de Colombia. [22] It would be the first of numerous articles on the plastic arts that he would publish in the Mexican and Colombian newspapers and magazines. He died in Villavicencio on 24 April 1979.
