The Canadian Football League (CFL); French: Ligue canadienne de football [liɡ kanadjɛn də futbol] (LCF), is a professional sports league in Canada. The CFL is the highest level of competition in Canadian football. The league consists of nine teams, each in a city in Canada.
The Canadian Premier League has used a mix of existing, built for purpose, and upgraded stadiums, many of which are shared with other teams. Princess Auto Stadium (Valour FC), TD Place Stadium (Atlético Ottawa), and Tim Hortons Field (Forge FC) were existing Canadian Football League stadiums, and have the largest capacities in the CPL.
