Wyoming Highway 210 (WYO 210), also known as Happy Jack Road, is a 37.79-mile (60.82 km) state highway in Laramie and Albany counties in Wyoming, United States, that runs from Cheyenne to Interstate 80/U.S. Route 30 (I-80/US 30), 10 miles (16 km) east of Laramie.

The segment with I-180 is the only fully at-grade interstate route in the U.S. [ 4 ] At exit 12, it joins with I-25 and US 87 in a concurrency for 5 miles (8.0 km) until US 85 leaves at exit 17 and travels northeast towards Meriden .

US 287 merges with Wyoming Highway 76 (WYO 76), WYO 82, and WYO 30 for a short distance just outside Rawlins, though WYO 76 ends when US 287 branches to the northwest as a stand-alone highway.
