I accidentally activated the winkey-lock on my Cherry G80-3000N (the limited version with clears), which also disables the windows key, menu key, alt-tab, ctrl alt delete and maybe even others. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to unlock it again... For the FN lock, you can hit CTRL + FN to lock/unlock.
