Frederick Reginald Morris (born 1 December 1929 [1]) is a retired Irish judge who served as President of the High Court from 1998 to 2001 and a Judge of the High Court from 1990 to 2001. [ 2 ] Born in Kilkenny in 1929, he was called to the bar in 1959 and became a Senior Counsel in 1973. [ 3 ]
